Martin Flyer is a third generation family business. Founded by Martin Flyer in 1945, the youngest in a family of jewelry manufacturers, Martin Flyer's Viroy Company took its place in the heart of Manhattan's Canal Street. In 1977, the company moved to 48th Street – the center of New York's famed jewelry district. Nearly sixty years after its founding, the company continues to thrive due to the commitment to quality and service passed down by Martin to his son, Gary, and to his grandchildren.
Gary Flyer
Gary Flyer, President of Martin Flyer, joined the business in 1963 after attending New York's Hofstra University. He immediately began managing the business side of the company, freeing up Martin Flyer to focus on the designs. As the company continued to grow, Gary relocated the corporate offices to midtown Manhattan in the late 1970s. Today, Gary continues to oversee all aspects of the company.

Alan then focused on management in the Internet sector, first with Sharkbytes, a website design company, and later with Schaeffer's Investment Research, a leading stock options advisement publisher.

Joshua Kaufman
Joshua joined Martin Flyer in 1999 after spending five years in the wine business working for the largest winery in the world, Ernest and Julio Gallo, where he was a sales manager and brand manager. Joshua graduated from Indiana University in 1994 with a double major in political science and criminal justice. He is currently completing coursework to receive his G.G.
